Anniversary BonusĀ
Employees averaging 12 to 24 hours of work per week in their first full year of employment will receive $200 on the anniversary of their first shift worked.
Employees averaging more than 24 hours of work per week in their first full year of employment will receive $400 on the anniversary of their first shift worked.
Our Quarterly Employee Bonus Pool Payout
Candidates making between:
- $10 and $15 an hour get paid an extra $.25 an hour as a quarterly bonus.
e.g.) Work 500 hours, and earn up to $125 as a bonus. - $16 and $25 an hour get paid an extra $.50 an hour as a quarterly bonus.
e.g.) Work 500 hours, and earn up to $250 as a bonus. - $26 and $35 an hour get paid an extra $.75 an hour as a quarterly bonus.
e.g.) Work 500 hours, and earn up to $350 as a bonus. - $36 or more an hour get paid an extra $1.00 an hour as a quarterly bonus.
e.g.) Work 500 hours, and earn up to $500 as a bonus.
Quarterly Bonus Program Rules and Eligibility
- Employees must be in compliance. This means that all documents and credentials are complete and have not expired.
- Employees must not make changes to, or cancel, scheduled shifts.
- Employees must not be late for the start of a shift more than 2 times per quarter.
- Employees must keep notice of their availability up to date, even if that means notifying the agency that they are not available. Enterprise Meds Staffing reserves the right to alter or eliminate this program at its discretion.
